FAQ

How many bundles do I need for a full install?

14”–18”: 2–3 bundles

20”–24”: 3 bundles

26” and up: 4 bundles or more

(If you want a fuller look or plan to add layers, we recommend an extra bundle.)

Q. What type of hair care products should I use?

Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products.

Conditioning the hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, let the condition sit on the hair more than 30mins then rinse it. Let it air dry instead of blow dry.

(The "Aussie" brand is a good option)

Q. what kind of dying products should I choose?

Recommend REVLON or Lo'Real COLORSILK DYE or other SALON PRO Level dying and bleaching products. Deep condition the hair after dye & bleach is very necessary!! It will protect the hair being dry. Lower quality dye products will damage the hair, we are not responsible for customer improper process. We recommend having a professional stylist handle bleaching or coloring to maintain the hair’s integrity.

Q. What's the best temperature for flat iron or curled iron?

We recommend 160~180 celsius degree or 320 ~ 360 fahrenheit degree! Even human hair can be burned if the temperature is too high without proper time control. Heat protection products will be recommended during high temperature iron.

Q. Can hair texture go back to original pattern after flat iron?

For long term use, we DO NOT RECOMMEND customers to flat iron the curly and wavy texture too frequently. Our hair is high temperature steam processed, not marcel water processed High temperature iron will damage the pattern little by little. Especially DEEP WAVE & TIGHT CURLY. Please take precautions and be mindful of how often you use heat on your bundles with curly/wavy texture.

Q. I just received my bundles and they seem to be shedding some hair. Why is that?

No, it is not shedding. After the weft process, there are some loose hairs caught within the "body" of your bundles that are not attached to the weft. This is absolutely NORMAL. As part of the post-weft process, we brush each bundle thoroughly to remove all loose hairs, but it is possible that some loose hairs may still be present. We expect that you will notice a few strands when you brush and when you have your initial wash. The "shedding" should stop immediately after that. You should expect an average of 2-3 strands a day going forward. Please note, some bundles may have considerably more loose hairs than others. These bundles may require several more brush outs and washes before the "shedding" stops.

Q: What makes your hair extensions different from others?

A: Our extensions are 100% raw, unprocessed hair sourced directly from single donors. This means no chemical treatments, no fillers, and no synthetic fibers—just natural, long-lasting hair with cuticles aligned to prevent tangling and shedding.

Q: How long do raw hair extensions last?

A: With proper care, our raw hair extensions can last 3–5 years or more. The longevity depends on how you care for them, including gentle washing, conditioning, and minimal heat usage.

Q: What textures do you offer?

A: We offer a variety of textures, including Curly, straight, natural wave, etc. Each bundle is unique because it comes from real human hair donors, so no two bundles are exactly alike—giving you a truly natural look.

Q: Do the extensions shed or tangle? (Hair care)

A: Minimal shedding is normal with raw hair (just like your natural hair), but our extensions are double-drawn and wefted to reduce shedding. Tangling is rare if you maintain proper care and use a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush.
