Returns & Exchanges:

• Due to the nature of our products (human hair extensions/wigs) and for hygiene reasons,all sales are final 

We do not accept returns or exchanges if the product has been opened, worn, or altered.

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thearimariecollection@gmail.com with photos so we can assist you.


Refunds:

•Refunds are only issued if we made an error with your order, such as sending the wrong length, wrong texture, or an incorrect item.

•No refunds are issued for buyer’s remorse or issues caused by improper installation, handling, or hair care.

Refund Processing Time:

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Payments:

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.
  • Orders will not ship until full payment has been received and cleared.


Hair Quality & Care:

  • Our extensions are made with 100% human hair. With proper care, they can last months to years depending on usage.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, coloring, bleaching, heat styling, or installation.
  • For best results, we recommend professional installation and following proper hair care instructions.
