Order Processing Time

At TheAriMarieCollection, every order is carefully prepared to ensure you receive premium-quality luxury hair.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During this time, your hair is received, quality-inspected, and carefully packaged before shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Time

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Please allow approximately 5–11 business days from the date your order is placed for delivery.

International shipping times vary based on destination and customs processing.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses.

FAQ

You will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately after your purchase. Once your order has been processed, packaged, and shipped, you’ll automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

• 14”–18”: 2–3 bundles
• 20”–24”: 3 bundles

• 26” and up: 4 bundles or more

(If you want a fuller look or plan to add layers, we recommend an extra bundle.)

Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products.

Conditioning the hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, let the condition sit on the hair more than 30mins then rinse it. Let it air dry instead of blow dry.

(The "Aussie" brand is a good option)

We recommend 160~180 celsius degree or 320 ~ 360 fahrenheit degree! Even human hair can be burned if the temperature is too high without proper time control. Heat protection products will be recommended during high temperature iron.

For long term use, we DO NOT RECOMMEND customers to flat iron the curly and wavy texture too frequently. Our hair is high temperature steam processed, not marcel water processed High temperature iron will damage the pattern little by little. Especially DEEP WAVE & TIGHT CURLY. Please take precautions and be mindful of how often you use heat on your bundles with curly/wavy texture.
