Order Processing Time:

All Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days.

Please allow 7-14 business days for U.S delivery

International shipping times vary based on destination and customs processing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.

Cancellations:

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, processing begins and cancellations will not be accepted.

• 14”–18”: 2–3 bundles
• 20”–24”: 3 bundles

• 26” and up: 4 bundles or more

(If you want a fuller look or plan to add layers, we recommend an extra bundle.)

Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products.

Conditioning the hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, let the condition sit on the hair more than 30mins then rinse it. Let it air dry instead of blow dry.

(The "Aussie" brand is a good option)

We recommend 160~180 celsius degree or 320 ~ 360 fahrenheit degree! Even human hair can be burned if the temperature is too high without proper time control. Heat protection products will be recommended during high temperature iron.

For long term use, we DO NOT RECOMMEND customers to flat iron the curly and wavy texture too frequently. Our hair is high temperature steam processed, not marcel water processed High temperature iron will damage the pattern little by little. Especially DEEP WAVE & TIGHT CURLY. Please take precautions and be mindful of how often you use heat on your bundles with curly/wavy texture.
